Continuing to Be There for Our Community

Peak Performance Physical Therapy takes precautions for added safety

Lansing, Mich. – Things have changed, and Peak Performance Physical Therapy, specialists in orthopedic manual physical therapy, is changing with it. After months of telehealth appointments and extensive protective measures put in place for all, Peak Performance Physical Therapy will continue to serve patients and the community in office for their physical therapy needs.

“We want our patients to feel safe when they come in for their appointments,” said Peak Performance Physical Therapy CEO and Founder, Jill Marlan. “We want everyone in the community to know that we are using every measure possible to keep our patients and staff safe.”

Peak Performance Physical Therapy never closed their doors to patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as things start to reopen and still left uncertain, it is important that the community know they do have an option for relief and recovery. Keeping both the patients and staff safety in mind, each staff member is required to wear a mask while in the clinic. They also ask that patients wear a mask when entering any of the clinics.

Every staff member utilizes proper cleaning procedures and respects social distancing when possible while still treating effectively. To help ensure the safety of patients and staff, Peak Performance Physical Therapy also requires anyone entering the clinics undergo a temperature screening and sanitize before continuing for their appointment.

“We’ve entered into a time where it can be a scary feeling to go out, especially when you’re already in pain,” Marlan explained. “We want every one of our patients to know and feel safe when visiting our clinics.”

Peak Performance Physical Therapy is focused on communicating with their patients and community during this time and will continue to offer those in need of their services a telehealth option.
