Peak’s group training programs focus on individual strength training within a group setting. This can be sport specific for teams and clubs, or goal oriented for weight loss and strength building. Learn correct form, connect one-on-one with your trainer, and be pushed to your fullest potential. All of our trainers are certified, very knowledgeable, and will help you understand the importance of each exercise.
