Have you met your insurance deductible this year? If so, now is the perfect time to schedule yourself for Physical Therapy!
The end of 2022 is fast approaching. In the health insurance world, that means it’s almost time for deductibles to be renewed. Your deductible – independent of a copayment – is the amount of money that you must pay out-of-pocket for treatment before your health insurance pays for your medical services. (Remember, not all insurance coverage is the same so contact your insurance carrier to check your coverage eligibility, copayment amount, and any remaining deductible.)
Peak Performance Physical Therapy has a few questions for you…
- Did you undergo an expensive surgery this year?
- Are you on a family insurance plan?
- Have you had to use your health insurance more than expected this year?
- Are you feeling aches and pain?
- Do you need to get back into shape?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you would likely have a $0 balance remaining on your out-of-pocket expenses. This is GOOD NEWS!

Have you ever thought about how amazing the knee is? It is a complex system of muscles, nerves, and tendons working harmoniously to hold you up. But what if you experience knee pain or injury? Because of how complex the systems of muscles and tendons are in your knee, it is incredibly easy to injure, especially if you play sports.
One of the most common causes of knee pain is overuse; ironically, it is also the hardest to diagnose. Overuse is the buildup of stress over time, especially while playing sports with repetitive motion, such as soccer. Luckily for you, overuse is easily treated with physical therapy and is the best way to get back into good health.
Physical therapy for overuse can easily help you avoid harmful drugs, expensive testing, or harsh surgeries. And if surgery is ever needed, physical therapy can help strengthen before and after so that you come out the other end stronger and ready to get back to your life.
We have years of success in helping patients with their physical needs, and our goal is to help you move as comfortably as possible. Schedule your appointment with one of our physical therapists today and get back on track to a pain-free life!
